Summary
### Trade Supervisor
**Location:** Falkirk Office
**Hours:** 35 per week, Monday to Friday
### The Role
C~urb is seeking an experienced **Trade Supervisor** with a **joinery background** to lead the Reactive Maintenance team, ensuring high-quality repairs for Link’s tenants. Reporting to the **Trade Operations Manager**, you will manage a team of joiners handling voids and maintenance repairs. Your role involves supervising daily work, ensuring compliance with **health & safety standards**, and delivering excellent customer service.
Responsibilities include:
- Ensuring work meets legal, technical, and customer service standards.
- Managing operatives’ performance, resources, and schedules.
- Producing reports for senior management and meeting performance targets.
- Staying updated on building regulations and industry changes.
- Participating in an emergency call-out rota.
### About You
You will have:
- **HNC in Building/Construction** or a relevant **Trade Qualification**.
- Experience in managing operatives in a **responsive maintenance** setting.
- Strong knowledge of **health & safety regulations** and **budget management**.
- IT proficiency for performance tracking.
- **A full UK driving licence** and access to a vehicle.
You should be proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to excellent customer service.
