OPEN DAY Tuesday 22nd of April at Meadowbank Sports Centre.
Permanent, Full-time and Part-Time roles, 15.5 - 35.75 hours per week.
Salary: £23,424 per annum (pro-rata for part-time, £12.60 per hour)
Location: Various locations across Edinburgh

Do you have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and enjoy working in a dynamic environment? We are looking for friendly, positive, and vibrant multitaskers to join our Sports and Leisure Attendant teams.
You will be responsible for:
- Delivering great customer service as a first point of contact, ensuring that every visit is recorded appropriately, and customers’ needs are met.
- Preparing our venues by setting up and taking down equipment, providing customers with a clean, safe, welcoming environment that is ready to use.
- Keeping everything clean, tidy, and presentable, including litter picking, cleaning toilets, changing rooms and windows.
- Working closely with colleagues to ensure bookings are managed in an efficient and effective way in line with our standards, leading to exceptional customer satisfaction.
No previous experience is required as full training is provided, but ideal candidates will be:
- Great listeners with excellent interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to clearly convey information and ideas to a varied customer base.
- Customer-focused, enthusiastic individuals with strong organizational skills.
- Decisive, fair, and consistent problem-solvers, able to organise and prioritise workload effectively.

Opportunities available:
1. Gracemount High School - part-time permanent - 15.5 hours per week (Thursday 17:15 - 22:00, Saturday 08:30 - 17:00 and Sunday 10:00 - 12:45)
2. Meggetland Sports Complex – full-time permanent – 35.75 hours per week - a mix of early & late shifts & weekends. Earliest start 08:00 & latest finish 22:00. Working two weekends out of 4 weeks.
3. Meadowbank Sports Centre - full-time permanent – 35.75 hours per week - a mix of early & late shifts & weekends. Earliest start 06:30 & latest finish 22:30.
