Summary
Job Summary:
Oversee kitchen operations, develop authentic Indian menus, and ensure high-quality food preparation while leading a dynamic kitchen team.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
• Develop and update Indian cuisine menus and recipes.
• Manage day-to-day kitchen operations and ensure timely service.
• Lead, train, and supervise kitchen staff.
• Oversee inventory management and control food costs.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in an Indian restaurant or similar kitchen environment.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of Indian cuisine and food safety regulations.
• Culinary qualifications preferred.
