Summary
We have local work available for experienced care staff living within Heanor!
You will be working as a care assistant for people with aged related illnesses in an elderly residential care home.
This is an extremeley rewarding job, caring for vulnerable people and assisting with needs to impact their daily lives.
You will be expected to deliver a high standard of care, including giving personal care, following care plans and completing paperwork.
For this role, you must have;
- A minimum of 3 months experience in a Care environment
- A DBS dated within the last 6 months, registered on the update service or the facility to pay for one
- All relevant mandatory training up-to-date and ideally certificates to show for this or the facility to pay for these.
- Referencable work history covering the past 2 years
- A passion to make a difference

This position is temporary and ongoing, starting immediately.
The shifts are as follows:
Morning: 0700 - 14:15
Afternoon: 14:00 - 22:00
Rate of Pay is £12.21 rising to £12.92 per hour after 12 weeks. we also pay an unsociable hour rate between 7pm and 7am at £17.09 per hour
