About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Wraparound Care Manager to lead our after-school programs at Willington Prep School in Wimbledon. You will play a crucial role in creating a positive and nurturing environment for children before and after school.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee the daily operation of the after-school club.
Lead and mentor a team of wraparound care assistants.
Plan and implement engaging activities, including games, crafts, and outdoor play.
Ensure the safety and well-being of all children.
Build positive relationships with children, parents, and school staff.
Maintain a clean, organized, and stimulating environment.
Adhere to all safety procedures, policies, and safeguarding requirements.
Maintain accurate records and reports.

Essential Requirements:

Level 3 or higher recognized childcare qualification (e.g., NVQ, CACHE).
Experience managing or leading a childcare or educational setting.
Passion for working with children and a positive, proactive attitude.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
Current DBS check or willingness to obtain one.
First Aid training or willingness to complete training.
