Job Description: We are looking for a Warehouse Team Leader to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency, safety, and productivity. Key Responsibilities:
- Operation of counterbalance and reach truck.
- Loading and unloading vehicles.
- Completing checks for goods in and equipment.
- Picking and preparing orders.
- Directing a team of operatives on a daily basis, dealing with problems as they arise and escalating when required.
- Completing various checks in the warehouse, on individuals, on MHE and equipment.
- Keeping the warehouse clean and tidy.
Requirements:
- Reach and counterbalance licence is essential.
- Previous experience of working within a warehouse environment.
- Experience with MHE.
- Good communication and team working skills.
- Attention to detail is essential.
- Ability to work within a fast-paced environment.
- Basic numeracy and literacy skills.
- Ability to work on own initiative.
