Summary

Beckton Skills Centre is registered charity providing motor mechanics training to young people of school age leading to City & Guilds qualifications.

We are recruiting for someone to assist our Motor mechanic tutors in our workshop. The work will involve preparing the workshop for training sessions, tidying away tools and equipment, cleaning and assisting less able young people with basic tasks. No previous experience is required, all necessary training will be provided. The successful applicant must have a keen interest in motor mechanics and/or educating young people, good time keeping and have a good attitude towards developing their own skills as there will be the opportunity to gain City & Guilds qualifications as part of this role.
