Summary
Currently looking to recruit home care workers who are able to speak Urdu, Punjabi, Hindi. We believe in inclusion and being able to provide to care for people in their native language goes a long way to building relationships. To provide personal, practical, social and emotional support to people in their own homes, in a way that respects the dignity of the individual and promotes independence. To portray a professional image and represent the company in line with the companies high standards at all times.
Duties will include personal care tasks, assistance with personal hygiene, management of continence, and assist to and from bed. To contribute to the ongoing support of people using the services and their relatives.
Assisting with any continence needs, to provide assistance with daily living skills and anything that the person may not be able to manage alone. Reducing social inclusion and helping people accessing the community
