What You’ll Do: Make Every Day Matter

As a Newcross Registered Nurse, you’ll provide compassionate, person-centred care that transforms lives. Your key responsibilities include:

Medication mastery: Ensure safe and timely administration and management of medications, including controlled drugs
Tailored care plans: Collaborate with residents, families, and healthcare teams to create and maintain personalised care plans
Health monitoring: Take a holistic approach to assessing, recording, and escalating health needs
Empowering daily living: Support residents with bathing, dressing, eating, and mobility - always with dignity and care
Leadership excellence: Guide and inspire your team to deliver safe, responsive care with professionalism and purpose

The Essentials You’ll Bring

To join us, you’ll need:

NMC Registration: A valid registration to practice as a nurse in the UK
Proven Experience: 6+ months full time post-qualification experience as a nurse in the UK within the last 3 years
Right to Work: Authorisation to work in the UK
Enhanced Background Check: This role will be subject to an enhanced AccessNI check, however, applicants should note that a criminal record will not necessarily be a bar to obtaining a position
