Responsibilities
- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential fire hazards and ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Develop and implement fire safety plans and evacuation procedures
- Conduct fire drills and provide training to staff on fire prevention and emergency response
- Maintain and inspect fire safety equipment, such as fire extinguishers and alarms
- Investigate the causes of fires and implement measures to prevent future incidents
- Collaborate with local fire departments and other emergency services to coordinate response plans
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Fire Marshall or in a similar role
- In-depth knowledge of fire safety regulations and procedures
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to remain calm and make quick decisions in high-pressure situations
- Certification in fire safety and emergency response is preferred
