Join our Campus Support team, where customer service meets security. You'll be the friendly face that supports students, staff, and visitors-ensuring they feel safe, supported, and welcome. Whether it's assisting with enquiries, responding to incidents, or offering reassurance, you'll make a real difference every day. It is a 4 on 4 off rotating day and night shifts with an added 12.5 % shift allowance.

What You'll Do:
Provide top-notch customer service, making our university a welcoming space.
Respond to security incidents with care and confidence.
Offer emotional support to those in need.
Monitor access, patrol campus, and handle security operations.
Drive and maintain University Security vehicles

What We're Looking For:
A customer-focused approach-you love helping people!
A full UK driving licence (max 3 points).
Experience in security or customer service (retail, hospitality & public sector experience welcome!).

A strong communicator who can stay calm under pressure.
Willingness to train in Security, First Aid & Mental Health First Aid along with any other relevant skills.
