Summary
Key Responsibilities: Provide high-quality, patient-centered medical care in line with NHS guidelines and best practices. Conduct face-to-face, telephone, and online consultations, diagnosing and treating a range of medical conditions. Prescribe medication and treatment plans in accordance with clinical guidelines. Manage long-term conditions and provide proactive, preventative healthcare. Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including nurses, pharmacists, and healthcare assistants. Participate in clinical meetings, audits, and quality improvement initiatives. Support and mentor junior staff and trainees, if applicable. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records using our practice IT system. Engage in continuing professional development (CPD) and keep up to date with medical advancements.
