Summary

We're looking for a Children's Care Team Leader in Kettering to support the Registered Manager by leading the day-to-day management of a shift. Be a part of developing our service and help make a difference to a young person's life every day.

42 hours per week, on a rota basis

Successful applicants will need to have experience supporting children with learning disabilities. As a member of the team you will need a real passion for providing a high standard of support that enables our children and young people to be as independent as they can, learn and develop through education and experience, stay healthy and most importantly, have a fun, fulfilling life. It is essential you:

Hold a NVQ Level 3 in Residential Childcare (or equivalent)
Have previous experience supporting children and young people with learning disabilities
Able to commit to a variety of shifts on a rota basis
