Cornwall Staff Agency are looking for a skilled and talented Sous chef to help support our client's well renowned award-winning luxury hotel. Our client , a well renowned 5 star Hotel, based on the roseland peninsula, are looking to team with a talented Sous chef who has had previous experience working within a similar environment.
You will either be an experienced Junior sous chef looking for their next step up or a sous looking for the next ultimate challenge.
You will be highly organised and be able to work effectively under pressure at all times.
We are looking for candidates who have a good working knowledge and background in fine dining, small luxury hotels and have had exposure to weddings and events. You will have exemplary kitchen management skills and be able to delegate effectively and lead from the front.
