• Have experience working with 4-7 year olds
• Ability to communicate with children and colleagues
• Able to carry out instructions and use initiative
• An understanding of good quality childcare

• Ability to cope with minor accidents
The following is desirable for the post:
• NVQ2 in Childcare, Play work or equivalent
