Description
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team for an exciting project focused on enhancing patient outcomes through innovative therapeutic approaches. In this role, you will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement customized treatment plans aimed at improving patients' functional abilities and overall quality of life. The ideal candidate will have expertise in evaluating patients' needs, designing individualized intervention strategies, and monitoring progress over the duration of the project. As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a vital role in ensuring that each patient achieves their rehabilitation goals through evidence-based practices. Responsibilities
Conduct thorough assessments of patients' functional abilities and disabilities.
Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient evaluation and needs.
Implement therapeutic exercises and activities to promote skill acquisition and restore function.
Educate patients and families on techniques to enhance daily living activities.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to create integrated care strategies.
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
Document patient care activities and outcomes in compliance with regulatory standards.
Requirements
Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
Valid state license to practice Occupational Therapy.
Strong knowledge of evidence-based practices and treatment interventions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience in a clinical setting, preferably in rehabilitation or mental health.
Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Pay Per Hour: £22.83
