Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' needs and circumstances.
Develop and implement tailored intervention plans in collaboration with clients and their families.
Provide individual and group counseling to adults on various personal and social issues.
Advocate for clients' rights and access to resources and services within the community.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and progress.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including healthcare providers, to ensure holistic care.
Stay informed of current trends and best practices in social work and adult services.
Requirements
Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.
Active state licensure as a Social Worker (LCSW or equivalent).
Minimum of 2 years of experience working with adult populations in social services.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
Proficient in case management and client documentation practices.
Commitment to ethical practice and continuous professional development.
Hours Per Week: 36.00
Start Time: 09:00
End Time: 17:00
