Summary
OC Racing Limited is a busy historic race team based in Aldridge. At our workshop we build, restore, prepare and race single seaters, sports and GT cars in the Masters, Peter Auto, HSCC Series, and F1 support races to name a few.
We are currently looking for an experienced mechanic to fill a full time position working within the work shop, preparing race cars. To include some race weekend work throughout the racing season (March - November) in the UK and abroad.
Applicants with the interest in working as part of the team would ideally have the following attributes:
- Ability to work within a close team environment, independently and without supervision.
- Take pride in the vehicles that they are responsible for.
- Ideally have experience working within the motorsport industry including Historic F1, Sportscars, GT and Heritage.
- Individuals working in modern F3, GB4 and LMP sector, with an interest in Historic Motorsport.
- Be able to maintain close attention to detail, with presentation and safety of the upmost importance.
- Be willing to travel to races throughout the UK and Europe.
- Posses a driving licence and passport.
- Have an enthusiastic attitude, well presented and thrive in a small team environment.
- Have good communication skills.
