We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to support the continuous improvement of Renfrewshire Council's housing services, including policy/service review and development; tenant participation and service-user engagement; performance management and reporting.

You will have previous relevant experience, including developing/using performance management information and reviewing policies, services and procedures to support improvement in housing or a related area. You will have comprehensive data analysis and reporting skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team, with service managers, tenants and stakeholders.

You will have knowledge of relevant legislation, the national policy framework, including the requirements of external regulatory bodies. You will be articulate with effective communication skills and the ability to manage a demanding workload.

It is desirable you have a degree or relevant professional qualification.
