At Corona Energy we are seeking an Operations Analyst to join our expanding team, where you will be responsible for managing daily processes that support both our team and business stakeholders, while maintaining a customer-first ethos.

Your primary responsibilities will include supporting and streamlining operational processes for greater efficiency. You will be adaptable at multitasking and managing workloads across various delivery timelines and deadlines. This position is ideal for individuals with experience in working with external industry SLAs, generating insights and reports for stakeholders at all levels. Practical application of these results is essential. Additionally, you should have the ability to effectively engage with third parties to achieve successful resolutions.

While prior experience in the energy industry, particularly with a B2B supplier, is preferred, it is not a strict requirement. Proficiency in handling large datasets and utilising analytical tools, such as an intermediate level of Excel is essential for informing your analyses and results.
