Summary
This is an opportunity to be at the heart of a strategic programme that blends analytical thinking and stakeholder engagement to achieve real world impact. Engaging confidently with senior stakeholders and SMEs to shape and clarify business requirements aligned with the Programme and wider NHS Resolutions strategic goals. Supporting the development of a robust cost/benefits model, metrics and MI frameworks to evidence the value delivered by CEP. Supporting the tracking and evaluating of programme tangible and non-tangible benefits. Facilitating workshops, articulating complex business and IT needs and translating these into functional specifications and delivery plans. Managing and resolving conflicting information to achieve a consensus to ensure alignment across key delivery teams and external stakeholders.
