**Job Title:** Assistant Project Worker (Older Persons Service)
**Location:** Kirkcaldy office with regular travel throughout Fife
**Hours:** 37.5 per week (Monday to Friday)

### The Older Persons’ Service
We address loneliness and isolation in older adults through volunteer befriending, social cafes, and our Help to Stay at Home service. Many participants have dementia, and your role will provide emotional and practical support, including transport to appointments, prescription collection, shopping, and social outings.

### Your Role
As an Assistant Project Worker, you will provide vital light-touch support, working with project workers and volunteers to ensure our service users feel engaged and included in their communities.

### About You
- Strong computer skills and ability to maintain records
- Understanding of issues affecting older adults, including dementia
- Team player with the ability to manage a caseload
- A valid driver’s license and daily access to a car is essential
