**Job Title:** MIG Aluminium Welder/Fabricator

**Salary:** £15.93 per hour (rising to £16.18 after 12 weeks) + Shift Allowance
**Hours:** Rotational Shifts
* **Early Shift:** Mon-Thurs 05:45-14:00, Fri 05:45-11:45
* **Late Shift:** Mon-Thurs 14:15-22:30, Fri 12:00-18:00
**Job Overview:**

We are looking for a skilled **MIG Aluminium Welder/Fabricator** to join our team. You will be working with **aluminium components** , fabricating **railings, panels, and structural products** . The ideal candidate must be able to **read and interpret engineering drawings** and ensure high-quality, precise welding.
**Key Responsibilities:**

* **MIG welding and fabricating** aluminium components.
* Fabrication of **railings, panels, and structural products** .
* Reading and interpreting **technical drawings** .
* Ensuring high-quality finishes and weld integrity.
* Working safely with tools and machinery.
* Meeting production deadlines and quality standards.
**Requirements:**

* Proven experience as a **MIG Aluminium Welder/Fabricator** .
