Location: Hillsborough, Sheffield
Full-Time | 40 hours per week | Monday to Friday
Salary: £25,396.80 per annum
Join our team at Precedo Healthcare Services, where we're passionate about delivering high-quality supported living and domiciliary care across the UK. We're currently seeking an organised, friendly, and proactive Administrator to support our growing team in Hillsborough, Sheffield.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering calls and emails from clients, care staff, families, and professionals
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records for clients and staff
- Organising electronic and paper filing systems (scanning, filing, uploading) and data entry
- Supporting care rota preparation
- Communicating rota or care updates to staff and clients
- Sending correspondence such as policy updates
- Monitoring care visit schedules and reporting missed or late calls
- Logging and escalating incidents, Safeguarding concerns, or complaints
- Keeping documentation accurate and complete (e.g. training records, signatures)
- Assisting with preparation for audits and inspections
- Upholding GDPR and confidentiality standards
- Processing timesheets and assisting with payroll submission
- Assisting with invoice queries and billing corrections
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths
- Proficiency with IT systems (Microsoft Office, email, etc.)
- Strong administrative and organisational skills
- Attention to detail and excellent communication
- Friendly, professional manner and excellent customer service
Preferred Skills & Experience:
- Previous admin, reception, or customer service experience
- Experience or understanding of healthcare/social care
- Level 2 or 3 qualification in Business Administration (or similar)
