Summary
We are seeking a high motivated and experienced Digital IT Support Manager.
The IT Support Manager will oversee our Digital Support & Technology team. The ideal candidate will ensure the smooth operation of our systems, manage a team of IT professionals, and implement effective IT strategies to support our healthcare services. A driving licence and ability to travel to all MFT sites is required.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the IT support team and manage daily operations.
• Ensure the reliability and security of IT systems across all hospitals.
• Develop and implement IT policies and procedures.
• Coordinate with other departments to understand and meet their IT needs.
• Manage IT projects and ensure timely completion.
• Provide technical guidance and support to the team.
