Summary

Warm and welcoming individuals are sought to join our Blackburn service as Waking Night Support Workers. This service is dedicated to providing person-centred care for individuals with learning disabilities and complex needs. You will be equipped with training and guidance to assist those who may demonstrate challenging behavior or require intricate physical support, ensuring the utmost quality of care.

You will receive supervision throughout your probationary period to hone the skills and knowledge required for success. Although prior experience in supporting individuals with mental health needs is appreciated, it is not a necessity. A “can-do attitude,” passion, and commitment are valued above all. The role requires dedication, a strong work ethic and the ability to contribute positively within a team setting.
