A HGV license is required for this role

With this role you will be required to complete a Level 3 food and safety course.

Also level 3 education and training LOSHH.

Please bare in mind you would be required to travel in this role.

What’s the purpose of role:

To support training programme including Group Training Skills, Coaching Skills, Intermediate Food Hygiene and a Health and Safety Certificate you will be ready to support your Unit as a qualified TSO. Training and Support Officers are a key part of the process team, responsible for the coordination and delivering of training to meet the team’s needs. Supporting the management team in ensuring training compliance is maintained in line with company standards.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Delivery of company inductions, one to one or one to group as required covering all required company modules
  • Ensure that all training records are completed to record all training delivered and signed for by trainee and trainer
  • To coordinate Compliance training within their process area to ensure training is completed prior to expiry and compliance levels are maintained
  • To highlight to the process manager any areas of non- compliance so that corrective action can be taken
  • To deliver group training sessions as required within their process area, Company Values etc.
  • To complete on job assessments to establish performance levels and competence and any retraining needs.
