Summary
We are looking for a chef to run our pub kitchen. Responsible for helping with menu design, ordering, preparing great honest village pub food, working with the owner to ensure H&S compliance at all times, the recording and reduction of waste and have the desire to produce great food for our lovely village pub in-fitting with the great atmosphere.
The right Candidate must have Food Hygiene Level 2 Certification as a minimum with experience in the industry and confidence to run their own kitchen. No accommodation is provided therefore must have transport to and from Appleton. Weekend shift are expected however two consecutive days off in the week are guaranteed.
