Summary

Our role is also to provide system leadership across central government in pulling together back office services. Collectively, we help support the Cabinet Office’s priority to drive efficiencies, and reforms that will make government work better, to ultimately provide a better service to the public.
The GPG Engagement Manager role sits within the Policy, Pay & Pensions directorate and enables GPG to engage across government and deliver compelling communication campaigns (Speak Up, Charities & Partners Week etc).
To join a small and busy engagement team delivering digital, engagement and communications to the Policy, Pay & Pensions directorate and the wider organisation. This will include a need to think on your feet, prioritising to manage a busy environment and working across boundaries and teams to ensure great engagement and communication outcomes.
This role includes:
- Support x-government engagement for Government People Group.
- Ability to turn complex information into content easily understood by a specific audience.
- Management of the digital engagement platform to ensure ongoing delivering of content, expertise and engagement across government; ensuring accessibility and branding standards are maintained.
- Supporting the delivery of various communications channels and campaigns including the x-Govt Speak Up campaign.
