Summary

Stroud Resourcing is collaborating with a flourishing private hospital in Hertfordshire, seeking a quality and governance professional that has developed their career within hospital department leadership roles.

You must be comfortable performing a hybrid role that reflects a requirement to provide guidance to the hospital on quality and governance alongside operational support and leadership to the outpatient department.

Role Responsibilities:

- Provide highly visible and supportive leadership to the outpatients and governance teams, working with them to ensure high levels of customer service and safety.
- Support the hospital in maintaining a quality healthcare environment and ensure a robust governance framework is in place and executed.

Skills and Experience Required:

- Qualified Registered General Nurse (RGN) with current NMC Registration.
- Confident managing a nursing team within a hospital setting.
- Post registration experience working within an outpatient setting.
- You must have strong demonstratable experience within quality and governance, and be competent with executing the governance framework, updating policies and procedures.

- Full-time (37-hours per week) with the flexibility to work across 4 or 5 days, Monday – Friday. Part-time (30-hours per week) across 4 days will also be considered for the right individual.
