Summary
A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join the Senior Leadership Team at Path, a leading homelessness charity in Plymouth.
Due to our significant expansion and ambitious plans to reach more people in need, we are seeking an experienced Head of Services. This role will lead and oversee all commissioned and grant-funded services, ensuring we continue to deliver high-quality support to those experiencing homelessness. Reporting to the CEO, you’ll oversee existing services, identify new opportunities, secure contracts, and develop new initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have senior management experience in a similar organisation, with a strong background in managing commissioned and grant-funded services. Excellent leadership and team management skills are essential, along with an understanding of trauma-informed and strengths-based approaches.
Terms:
· Salary: £42,000 pro rata
· Contract: The role is full time (37 hours pw) but for the right candidate we’d be willing to consider alternative proposals.
