✔️ Lead and develop the Creative Media curriculum to ensure an outstanding learning experience.
✔️ Support and mentor teaching staff to drive high expectations and learner achievement.
✔️ Implement quality improvement and assurance processes, including internal verification.
✔️ Deliver engaging lessons and provide expert subject knowledge in Creative Media.
✔️ Ensure students are supported to achieve and exceed their potential.
✔️ Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and educational developments.
A minimum Level 3 qualification in Creative Media or a related subject.
A relevant teaching qualification (or willingness to work towards one).
Experience teaching Creative Media at further education levels.
Confidence in using Microsoft Office applications and digital tools.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Evidence of continuing professional development.
Experience in course and curriculum development.
