Are you a passionate Catering Supervisor or a Kitchen Assistant looking for a progression opportunity? If so, this role is for you and we'd love you to join our fantastic team based at our Outdoor Education Centre across Cheshire.
If successful, you will be supporting the Catering operations in running the Catering service at Cheshire Centres. You’ll be representing both Edsential and our customer’s school to ensure that all pupils have the best quality food standards and customer experience.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the Kitchen in the following duties:
Preparing and presenting food to a high standard of hygiene and safe practice
Completion of all kitchen administration
What do we require from you?
Previous experience of running a school kitchen would be advantageous
The ability to empower and lead a team
Ability to build relationships and promote a positive work environment
A lead by example attitude
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Ability to work well under pressure in a busy customer facing role
