Summary

Our Blue Lagoon Team have an exciting opening for a new Manager on Duty to join their team on a full time basis. The Manager on Duty will undertake the smooth operation of the Blue Lagoon team’s day to day rota management whilst assisting in the proactive approach to absence management, misconducts, poor performance and any other HR related concerns if they arise. To achieve the agreed objectives and high levels of guest satisfaction. To recruit, develop and maintain courteous and well-motivated staff. Establish excellent working relationships with all guests and colleagues. The candidate will need to have their NPLQ qualification or be able to complete within 3 months and a demonstrable track record of progression and achievement. The candidate must have their own reliable transport from work and be available to work week days and weekends.
