Summary
We are seeking a passionate Nursery Manager to lead our team at 567 Club. This role is pivotal in fostering a nurturing environment for children while ensuring the highest standards of early childhood education and care. The position is based in Horsforth.
Oversee the daily operations of the nursery, ensuring a safe and stimulating environment for children.
Lead, mentor, and support a team of Early Years Practitioners to deliver high-quality childcare.
Develop and implement educational programs that meet the needs of all children.
Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and uphold the nursery's policies.
Engage with parents and caregivers to build strong relationships and ensure open communication.
Encourage continuous professional development within the team through training opportunities.
Proven experience in a childcare setting, preferably as a manager or in a leadership role with a minimum of L3 F&R qualification and at least one year's management experience
Strong understanding of early childhood education principles and practices.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Demonstrated leadership abilities with a drive for continuous improvement.
