Summary

To be the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the Cadet Management Information System (known as Westminster); provide support and guidance to Combined Cadet Force (CCF) Contingents and Army Cadet Force (ACF) Sectors.
Input, update, and monitor information on Westminster and extract statistical data, as required. In addition, be responsible for Westminster training for Cadet Force Adult Volunteers (CFAVs), providing training and mentoring sessions, as required.
Lead with the recruitment of potential CCF CFAVs, the commission process, resignations, transfers, updating of qualifications, and the issuing of Cadet Force identity cards.
Lead with financial analysis of the Cadet budget, identify, and highlights issues as they arise and provide advice to Cadet units on all matters related to public resources and correct use of public funds.
To understand Cadet policy, regulations, procedures, and processes, and responsible for clarification to CCF Contingents and ACF Sectors, as required.
To be responsible for the administration of CFAVs on the Joint Personnel Administration (JPA) system. The tasks will include the creation of new JPA accounts, process remuneration claims, promotions, transfers, and terminations. To audit and assure Volunteer Allowance (VA) claims, within entitlement.
To be responsible for the administration of transport bookings for CCF Contingents, in accordance with the regulations, entitlement and affordability.
To liaise with a range of internal and external stakeholders: - Cadets Branch, School Senior Management Teams, CCF Contingent Commanders and, ACF Cadet Executive Officers (CEO) and Cadet Quartermasters (CQM), to resolve issues.
To be responsible for requests for articles for inclusion in CCF or ACF publications, websites, and social media channels, as required.
To ensure CFAV compliance with mandated governance, especially safeguarding training, and an in-date DBS certificate.
To deputise for SO2 Cadets at meetings etc, as required.
To complete any other related tasks, as required.
