Summary
Senior Practitioner - CIC
Candidate MUST HAVE Child in need experience.
We are looking for a Senior Practitioner which is more like an Assistant Team Manager role. This is not a SW/SSW role. The right candidate will provide additional duties reflecting social work practice at a more complex and senior level.
Hybrid - Office and Home - Office x2 days a week
Brief duties / key responsibilities:
Manage small allocation of children
Reflective supervision of the family support worker.
Support the Manager
Chair meetings Statutory visits Record accurately.
Complete life journey work
Have good communication skills.
Supporting newer members of staff
