Torus are looking for a Customer Liaison Retrofit Advisor to support the successful delivery of retrofit and investment
programmes.
Acting as the primary on-site contact, you will engage with tenants, residents, and stakeholders to ensure effective communication
and customer satisfaction.
This is a hybrid role, combining remote work with on-site and office-based duties. The role requires attendance at our Warrington
and St Helens offices two days per week.
This is a 3 Year Fixed-Term Contract.
Responsibilities:
* Educate customers on retrofit systems, PAS processes, and energy efficiency.
* Diagnose and resolve challenges, assess property eligibility, and manage documentation.
* Support access arrangements to reduce missed appointments.
* Provide regular updates to customers on project progress.
* Maintain accurate customer records and update IT systems.
* Collaborate with field teams and planners to meet contractual requirements.
* Respond to customer inquiries and provide administrative support.
Skills & Experience:
* GCSE or equivalent standard in Maths and English
* NVQ Level 3 or above in a customer care related discipline or willing to work towards.
* Level 3 qualification in Retrofit Advice and Guidance or willing to work towards.
* Level 3 in Energy Advice in Domestic Dwellings or willing to work towards.
* Full UK or EU driving license
Additional Information:
