Position: BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

We are seeking an enthusiastic and B2B experienced Business Development Manager that is looking for a new challenge to join a growing business.

You will be responsible for developing further growth within the Retirement Living sector, Care home sector and new B2C clients.

Main Roles & Responsibilities:
- Develop new customers through appropriate sales methods & relevant internal liaison
- Develop the brand in line with agreed revenue and gross profit margin budgets
- Monitor & report Marketing activities and provide relevant reports & information
- Attend and present to external customer meetings and internal meetings where appropriate
- Respond to & follow-up Sales enquiries using appropriate methods
- Visit & maintain good communication with all Accounts being developed

Experience & Qualifications:
- Previous experience in role and sector (or practically within the Housing sector) - preferred but not essential
- Proven track record within the B2B sector – Essential
- Excellent customer service, presentation and organisational skills – Essential
- Multilingual – Desirable

Remuneration & Benefits Package:
- Anticipated start date 1st July 2025
- Competitive salary depending on experience up to £45,000pa + Commission
- Permanent, full-time Monday to Friday
- Hours - 40 hours per week
