Summary
Day Shift Assistant Baker - Full Time
LOCATION - Paul’s Organics Family bakery, Snow hill industrial site, Melton Mowbray, LE13 1PH
Paul’s Organics has produced and distributed fine Organic food for over 40 years. We specialise in Vegan Soy based products such as tofu, tempeh & seitan and bake a huge range of Organic, Specialty and ‘Free From’ bread on a daily basis. We also wholesale Organic fruit and vegetables direct to retailers and consumers alike
Full-Time - 36 hours per week (day shifts, 5 days, including Sundays).
Pay: £24,336 per annum
The Role:
• Work methodically and maintain excellent organisational standards.
• Deliver high-quality results under pressure with attention to detail.
• Maintain exceptional personal, food, and kitchen hygiene standards.
• Work independently and communicate confidently with the team.
• Adapt to possible overtime during busy periods.
Job Requirements:
• A positive, can-do attitude and strong work ethic.
• Energetic, organised, and flexible team players.
• Experience preferred.
