Summary
A part-time Nanny-Housekeeper is needed by this lovely family in West Sussex to help them look after their school-aged child who has mild autism whilst maintaining the cleanliness of their home. They seek someone experienced, caring and easy-going candidate who will provide school pick-ups for their child and take them to after-school clubs and activities. A driver with a full driving license is required for this role. The family also has a cat and chickens, and the candidate must be pet-friendly. Live-in nanny-housekeeper candidates are also considered.
A valid first-aid qualification is a requirement for this position.
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 5-6hrs per day in the afternoons.
Duties include:
Responsible for the safety, well-being, care and development of the child
Implementing daily routines
Providing healthy meals and snacks for the child
Organising and participating in activities with the child
Washing and bathing the child
School runs
Helping the child with homework
Tidying up the child's bedrooms and play areas
Maintaining a clean family home
Unloading the laundry and organising the clothes
Making up the beds and changing the linens
Washing the dishes and loading/unloading the dishwasher
Cooking healthy meals for the family and child
