Summary
What skills and experience we're looking for
We are looking for a Deputy Headteacher who will be:
• Able to demonstrate proven management, leadership and interpersonal skills.
• An excellent Classroom practitioner demonstrating high expectations of children’s achievement and behaviour with a desire to develop the whole child.
• Enthusiastic and able to motivate and inspire pupils, staff, parents and governors
• Knowledgeable and understanding of Data to inform the schools tracking system
• Proactive in the continued development of this forward thinking school.
Our pupils would like our Deputy Headteacher to be:
• Understanding.
• Be a good listener with lots of exciting ideas and a good sense of humour is essential!
