We are recruiting for a Milk Intake Operative

We are recruiting for a Milk Intake Operative to join our Müller Milk & Ingredients business at our Droitwich Dairy.

We are looking for a self-motivated individual whose purpose will be to ensure the smooth running of; the raw milk intake, cream export, reclaim area and chemical offload area. Carry out lab testing to; analyse, record and report results in relation to all required processing lab tests.

Contract: Full Time/Perm
Salary: starting from £ 29,454.62 per annum
Shift Pattern: 4 on 4 off – 2 days/ 2 Nights (7 -7)
Location: Droitwich

Responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following:

- Demonstrate and promote the company values and principles
- Full operation of the SCADA system
- Replenishment of chemicals
- Sampling of FMT’s
- Exporting of bulk cream to tankers
- Maintain hygiene of processing area
- Contribute to the off loading of raw milk, exporting of cream and chemical offload
- Work with site teams to deliver improvement projects, activities and events aligned to the companies' objectives and goals.
- Support and contribute to all department & site PMS activities
- Support any new system, structure or process improvement projects
- Help maintain good workplace organization and visual management
- Demonstrate commitment to Health & Safety by challenging unsafe practices, raising hazards and responding promptly and effectively to all hazards raised by others
- Ensure that all relevant data is captures and recorded timeously
