Summary
Main objectives include, but are not limited to:
Facilitate the coherence and work with FLCs/DE&S PoC to deliver the business change management. Work with the programme to coordinate the solution and enable business leaders to develop a clear vision to gain sponsorship and build a case for change.
Capture and map programme assumptions and dependencies, maintaining the Assumptions and Dependency register (ADR) and engage with all parties to ensure data accuracy and provide reports as required.
Work with programme team members to ensure assumptions and dependencies are captured through Risk, Schedule and Benefits management and ensuring coherence of data sets and reporting. Recognise and track interdependencies across change projects, assess potential conflicts regarding programme dependencies priorities, escalating as appropriate.
Manage the change log, ensuring progression, reporting and administrative completion of changes as they are identified. Support the Stakeholder and Communications lead to develop a programme communications strategy, and thereafter work closely to ensure regular, meaningful engagement with stakeholders throughout the change lifecycle.
