Summary
deVOL Kitchens is one of the leading and most highly regarded kitchen companies in the UK, with manufacturing and design offices based in Leicestershire, London and New York.
We are looking for highly motivated, capable and friendly people to join our rapidly growing team of highly experienced carpenters and joiners who will teach you how to build our bespoke units.
You will be working within our Seb Cox department.
Your role at deVOL will include:
- Assisting in the manufacture of high-quality bespoke kitchen furniture.
- Producing components for deVOL furniture, including doors, end panels, woven backs, and more.
- Producing larger, intricate freestanding pieces of furniture.
- Ensuring all work meets our high standards.

- Work well both independently and as part of a team
- Have a keen eye for detail and a high standard of executing tasks.
We offer a competitive salary based on experience and during your first year, you will receive training in the role and performance appraisals where your pay will be reviewed. After this, we offer annual pay reviews and continued support from the team.
You will receive 22 days of annual leave (plus bank holidays) which can increase with length of service and experience, as well as life insurance, a wellness program, cycle 2 work scheme and company events.
