Summary
To work as an independent practitioner using a specialist level of knowledge and skills in the provision of a dietetic service to a caseload of patients in their homes, care homes and a caseload of patients requiring Home Enteral Feeding. To work independently and to be responsible for the provision of a dietetic service to designated clinics. To be part of a dietetic rota for triaging referrals. To contribute to the training programmes for health care professionals To provide support and mentorship to newly qualified dietitians and dietetic assistants. To provide group education to patients via face to face or virtual means.
