Summary

System Support Coordinator

Contract: Permanent

Hours: 40 hours per week

Salary starting from £25,400 per annum

Location: Maidstone (occasional travel to other sites will be required)

KIMS Hospital is the largest independent hospital in Kent and we are recruiting. We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic administrator to assist in providing system support to all staff at KIMS Hospital whilst working in our Finance Department as a Compucare Support Coordinator. Knowledge of Compucare is not essential, training will be provided.

Role Responsibilities include:

- To provide 1st line support for Compucare queries across all sites

- Provide admin support to the Compucare Support Board (CSB) preparing agendas, taking minutes etc

- Administer the Compucare Support mailbox and respond to telephone queries in a timely manner

- Assist with Compucare training events

- Increase revenue capture by correcting Outpatient coding/billing issues where appropriate

- Setting up and maintaining user profiles

- Help coordinate system upgrades and testing, escalate issues to system developers where required

Person Specification:

- Be educated to GCSE level with 5 GCSEs grade 4 and above including Maths and English (or equivalent)

- Excellent written and verbal communications skills

- High attention to detail

- Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook etc)

- Data entry experience (desirable)

- Understanding of and experience using relational databases (desirable)

- Have a flexible approach to work and 'can do' attitude
