We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Spinal Clinical Nurse Specialist (CNS) with a focus on Neurogenic Bladder and Bowel Management but working alongside the other CNS’s and co coordinators. As part of our world-class spinal services team, you will play a pivotal role in supporting patients with complex neurogenic bladder and bowel issues resulting from spinal cord injuries, neurological conditions, and other related disorders.
• Lead and manage the care of patients with neurogenic bladder and bowel issues, offering holistic assessments and individualized care plans.
• Provide expert advice, education, and support to patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
• Deliver tailored interventions, including catheterisation, bladder and bowel training, and long-term management strategies.
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated, patient-centred care.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of innovative care pathways for patients with spinal injuries and neurogenic conditions.
• Provide ongoing education and training to staff to enhance care delivery for patients with neurogenic bladder and bowel dysfunction.
