This full-time, live-out position is ideal for a dedicated professional looking for a long-term role within a well-established and welcoming family environment. The role involves overseeing and coordinating a team of five housekeepers across three beautifully maintained properties, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and organisation are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervising and managing a team of five housekeepers across multiple properties.
Implementing structured cleaning schedules to maintain immaculate household standards.
Providing hands-on support for daily housekeeping tasks when needed.
Ensuring VIP wardrobe care, including luxury fabric maintenance and seasonal organisation.
Training and guiding housekeeping staff to uphold high service standards.
Maintaining and caring for fine materials, furnishings, and delicate surfaces.
Coordinating household preparations for travel and special events.
Adapting to a flexible schedule with varying days off.
Occasionally traveling as required by the family.
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Senior Housekeeper in a private household.
Fluency in Russian and English.
Strong leadership and organisational skills.
Proven experience in VIP wardrobe management.
Excellent knowledge of luxury fabric care and fine furnishings.
Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced household.
Valid UK or EU passport (for occasional travel).
Checkable references and a valid DBS certificate.
Working Conditions:
Working Days: 5 days per week (flexible).
Working Hours: 9 AM - 6 PM (with occasional extra hours upon request).
Annual Leave: 28 days, including bank holidays.
