Responsibilities
Conduct property valuations and assessments for residential and commercial properties.
Advise clients on property investments and marketing strategies.
Prepare detailed reports and presentations on property conditions and market trends.
Manage property portfolios to ensure optimal performance and compliance with regulations.
Negotiate lease agreements and contracts on behalf of clients.
Collaborate with legal teams to ensure compliance with local and national property laws.
Conduct regular inspections of properties to identify maintenance needs and development opportunities.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in estate management, property management, or a related field.
Professional qualification in surveying or property management (e.g., MRICS, FRICS).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess property values and market conditions.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills to effectively interact with clients and stakeholders.
Proficiency in property management software and tools.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
A keen understanding of local, national, and international property markets.
